    Welcome to 123Four Early Learning Centre. We are a privately run Long Daycare centre , providing care and education for children aged six weeks to five years and open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.


    Our learning programs embrace the Early Years Learning Framework, fostering children’s development within a play based program across all stages of development. Carefully designed programs support children in reaching their potential through creating an environment that fosters all aspects of a child’s development. We believe that in order for children to engage actively, they need to feel safe, respected and valued; they need to feel they belong.


    Here at 123Four Early Learning Centre our dedicated, skilled & responsive team of educators provide a welcoming, nurturing home away from home in which each individual child is valued. We pride ourselves on providing a play based open learning environment, engaging all the senses, stimulating curiosity & encouraging active exploration.

    Qualified Experienced Educators


    Essential to a high quality Early Learning Program is high quality teaching staff. Positive and secure relationships between educators and children are central to our children's social and emotional development. All staff bring a wealth of knowledge, life skills & diversity to the centre.


    Our Team


    ­Centre Director –Nicole Traub (nominated supervisor) is responsible for the administration of the centre and is the Educational leader supporting her team to deliver exciting programs guided by the childrens interests. cultural values and our "community" voice in Malabar


    Room Leaders – Our Childcare Rooms leaders manage the 0-2, 2-3 and 3-5 rooms. They are supported by a strong team of highly qualified childcare educators


    Staffing – Our goal is to always be consistent and offer a stable safe secure environment for the children at 123four Early Learning Centre a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and is responsible for the daily delivery and planning of the children’s programs.


    Throughout the year, all educators are supported to develop professionally by attending in-services, courses, webinars and conferences


    Assistant Child Care Worker – Is experienced and has participated in Early Childhood Training. Their role is to assist the teachers and educators in the delivery of the children’s programs.


    Throughout the year staff are to attend to several in-services to gain more information and ideas in the various areas of development.


    A “Working with Children Check” is conducted on all staff, and remain up to date with First Aid CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma training. For more information regarding training Contact Nicole Traub.
